- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any purchase complies with local laws, customs and reporting requirements in the country of delivery or residence.
Delivery, risk and title
- The Website will display available delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges; these timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss and damage passes to the Customer when the Products are delivered to the delivery address or collected by the Customer or their representative.
- Title to the Products will pass to the Customer only upon full receipt and clearance of payment by the Company.
Inspection, returns and refunds
- On delivery, the Customer must inspect the Products and notify the Company promptly within a specified period (for example, 24–72 hours) if any damage, discrepancy or defect is identified.
